Yes, a fixed budget is the best way to organise your home. If you have a restricted or small budget, we can look at what your priority is during the consultation. Realistically, the smallest project is likely to take 4 hours.

We have been working in the wellness sector (mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing) for 6 years. Our home organisation projects are underpinned with wellness in mind. Your home should be a sanctuary - a place that supports, not hinders your wellbeing.

We also offer a free one hour follow-up visit to clients (4-6 weeks after organisation). This is to work with you to see what is working, and see if any changes need to be made.

Do I need to be present during the organisation/decluttering/packing?

Yes, we require clients to be on-site during projects. This is to ensure you are available for questions concerning the project, and also, for your peace of mind regarding your home.

How do I know how long my decluttering/organisation project will take?

Accepted Answer

Based on the initial video consultation, you will be provided with a quote which will include a time estimation in hours. Of course, this is subject to change, but we aim to be as accurate as possible.

Do you offer a cleaning service?

Accepted Answer

We don't offer a cleaning service, but any areas forming a part of the organisation will be wiped before arranging. Any areas requiring deeper cleaning, will be discussed at consultation, and will be included in the quote.

Question 7

Does Home Sort London arrange for charity collection/selling of unwanted items?

Accepted Answer

Whilst we don't offer a transportation service for unwanted items, we can work with you to arrange local council pick-ups of large items (where offered), and our service includes listing smaller items on market place sites for you if needed.
